Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Manager responsible for meeting and driving sales goals, hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive, professional salon environment, and guiding customer interactions. Requires educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, managing daily administrative tasks, opening/closing the salon, and supervising goal-aligned performance with team contests. Includes commission-based earnings, quarterly pay reviews, and growth opportunities in a team-oriented, energetic setting. Must be comfortable engaging customers, achieving sales targets across product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, and coordinating training and development for staff. Location-based in Newport Beach, CA with in-person responsibilities at the salon.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
