Job Summary
Lead and train Salon Consultants to achieve sales goals in a Beauty and Wellness sales role. Responsible for meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, maintaining a positive and professional salon environment, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, and handling daily administrative tasks including opening/closing procedures and error-free paperwork. Offers include starting pay of $21 per hour with potential increases to $25 per hour, commissions on products and memberships, monthly bonuses based on store performance, and a range of benefits (401(k), health, dental, and vision) with employee discounts. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
