Lead salon sales team to meet and exceed sales goals; hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals; maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for clients and staff; educate customers on tanning practices and retail items; manage daily operations including opening/closing, administrative paperwork, and goal tracking; walk customers to rooms and assist first-time users with equipment; participate in off-site sales trainings; drive commission-based income through product, package, upgrade, and membership sales; foster a team-oriented, energetic environment with performance-based hourly increases and bonuses.
