Job Summary
Lead beauty and wellness sales at the Aliso Viejo, CA salon by meeting and exceeding sales goals through coaching, training, and motivating a team of Salon Consultants. Hire and train staff to achieve salon goals; maintain a positive, fun, and professional environment; educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items; manage opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork; assist customers and walk them through tanning equipment; participate in off-site trainings; growth opportunities via performance-based pay and bonus structure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
