Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Associate at North Central Tan, LLC (Palm Beach Tan) seeks a customer-focused professional to advise customers on skincare and tanning products, help clients achieve beauty and wellness goals, meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, maintain a clean salon, handle cash and daily admin tasks, and contribute to team goals. Must have strong customer service skills, be able to work flexible evenings/weekends, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds. Competitive hourly pay ($11-$14) with uncapped commission (up to 15% of total sales) and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
