Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Consultant sought to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven retail environment at Palm Beach Tan Cedar Park. Responsibilities include consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating clients on tanning rules and regulatory requirements; maintaining a clean, organized salon; cash handling and opening/closing procedures; daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, stand for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds; reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
