Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Consultant needed at Palm Beach Tan to drive sales in a commission-driven, customer-service oriented environment. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating clients on tanning safety and company policies, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, opening/closing the store, and completing daily admin and goal tracking. Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong verbal and written communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Required Qualifications
