Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Consultant to drive sales in a commission-driven Palm Beach Tan retail environment. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating clients on tanning services and company policies, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, excellent communication skills, proven retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods (7+ hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
