Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Consultant at Palm Beach Tan selling tanning services and skincare products. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning rules and compliance, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash, performing opening/closing duties, completing daily administrative paperwork, and tracking goals. Ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales targets, thrives in a commission-driven environment, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and have reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
