Job Summary
Sales-focused Beauty and Tan Consultant at Palm Beach Tan. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash and daily opening/closing tasks, completing daily administrative paperwork, and tracking goals. Ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales targets and thrives in a commission-driven environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18+, strong verbal and written communication, prior retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods (7+ hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
