Job Summary
Seeking an outgoing, energetic Beauty and Tan Consultant to help customers choose tanning and skincare options, meet sales goals, and deliver exceptional service in a fun, professional Palm Beach Tan environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, educating on the Golden Rules of Tanning and compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, and completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and have flexible availability including nights and weekends. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong verbal/written communication skills. Prior retail/customer service experience is preferred. This role offers a competitive hourly rate with unlimited commission opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
