Job Summary
Guide customers in selecting skincare products and tanning solutions, explain benefits, and help achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain a clean, organized salon, handle cash, and perform daily administrative tasks while delivering excellent, upbeat customer service. Earn competitive base pay ($11.00-$15.00/hour) plus uncapped commission (up to 15% of total sales) based on performance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights/weekends, ability to stand for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
