Job Summary
Guide customers in skincare products and tanning, helping them choose products while delivering excellent service. Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, manage cash and daily administrative tasks, keep the salon clean and organized, and track personal and team progress toward goals. Engage customers in a professional, upbeat manner and provide product education and recommendations. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation includes base pay and uncapped commission up to 15% based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
