Job Summary
As a Beauty Boss at North Central Tan, LLC, you will guide customers in selecting skincare products and tanning services, help them feel confident, and drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You’ll keep the salon clean and organized, manage cash and daily administrative tasks, track personal and team progress toward goals, and deliver professional, upbeat customer service while promoting benefits of our skincare and tanning offerings. Training and development are provided, with competitive hourly pay and uncapped commission up to 15% based on performance, plus employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
