Job Summary
Beauty Boss at Palm Beach Tan guides customers in selecting skincare and tanning products, helps customers feel confident, achieves daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, keeps the salon clean and organized, manages cash and daily administrative tasks, tracks personal and team progress, and delivers exceptional customer service. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 18+, reliable transportation, flexible availability (nights/weekends), ability to stand/bend/walk for long periods, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Base pay $11.00-$15.00 per hour with uncapped commission up to 15% of total sales. Location: Woodbury, MN (US).
