Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations while hitting sales targets and KPI objectives. Build trusted relationships with retail teams and store managers, then educate and coach store teams to boost their confidence in our brands and products. Support product launches, in-store events, and brand activations while maintaining high standards of brand presentation and execution across your territory. Share feedback and insights to enhance the customer experience and drive business performance. This full-time role in London involves working across multiple retailers, including Sephora or department stores, with flexible hours that may include weekends and three Saturdays per month.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the beauty industry
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Flexible and willing to travel across your territory
- Willingness to work weekends
- Willingness to work three Saturdays per month
