Job Summary
Build relationships with customers and recommend additional products while informing them of current promotions. Set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise for sales events, and ensure customers enroll in the Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate company culture values and execute product knowledge training to support customer service. Must be available to meet scheduling needs, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and communicate clearly with staff and management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
