Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional products and informing customers of current promotions. Assist clients with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails while ensuring they are enrolled in the Loyalty program. Set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise to highlight sales events, and complete transactions accurately. Maintain a professional store environment, communicate inventory issues, and demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values. This role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and 1+ years of retail sales experience. You must be available to meet scheduling needs and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
