Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional products, informing customers of promotions, and enrolling them in the Loyalty program. Set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise to highlight sales events, and complete transactions accurately while maintaining a professional store environment. Communicate inventory issues and demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values to customers, co-workers, and management. Execute product knowledge training to support customer service, explain product labels, and follow assigned directions. Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and work around moving parts or carts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
