Job Summary
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty will create memorable shopping experiences by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Responsibilities include building relationships, recommending products, informing about promotions, completing transactions, maintaining store environment, and communicating inventory issues. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma, be at least 18 years old, have excellent communication skills, and ability to follow product knowledge training. Physical demands include standing, bending, and occasional lifting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
