Job Summary
Drive sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, learning customer needs to recommend products that make them feel good. Offer expert advice and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy while upholding company values and adhering to procedures. Build rapport with customers and reach store targets as an agile, tenacious team player open to daily coaching and feedback. Maintain availability Monday through Sunday on a rotating roster of XX hours per week, supporting the store management team in fostering a joyful, inclusive collective.
Required Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
- A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager
- Confident in reaching store targets and sales
- An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred
