Beauty Advisor - Part Time

Job Summary
Deliver personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations, educate clients on cosmetics and skincare, stay current with beauty trends to drive repeat visits, meet sales KPIs, maintain a clean and welcoming selling space, and contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment. Availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to work part-time or flexibly as scheduled are required. Compensation ranges CAD$18.85–CAD$23.55 per hour with potential bonuses and benefits; role supports Sephora Canada’s standards and accessibility commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
