Job Summary
Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs. Demonstrate product expertise, educate and empower clients on trends and latest beauty products and techniques. Drive sales and exceed KPIs while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment. Foster inclusivity and teamwork, uphold Sephora standards, and respond to peak retail scheduling with reliability and flexibility. Requires excellent communication, a passion for beauty, and ability to collaborate with a diverse client base.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to learn and share product knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
