Job Summary
Deliver personalized beauty experiences and expert product recommendations in Sephora’s retail environment. Provide tailored consultations, share knowledge to educate and empower clients, stay ahead of beauty trends, drive sales to meet KPIs, maintain an organized and welcoming space, promote inclusivity, and uphold Sephora standards. Availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to work 15–40 hours per week as part-time. Flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or client-focused experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
