Job Summary
Beauty Advisor at Sephora delivering personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations. Responsibilities include staying up-to-date with beauty trends, educating clients on product knowledge, driving sales to meet KPIs, maintaining a welcoming store environment, supporting inventory and merchandising, and fostering an inclusive team culture. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
