Job Summary
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll be the face of Sephora—welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll play a meaningful role in clients’ confidence journeys. Responsibilities include delivering personalized beauty experiences, providing tailored consultations and product recommendations, demonstrating product knowledge, staying ahead of trends, driving sales to meet goals and KPIs, maintaining a welcoming and organized selling space, fostering inclusivity and teamwork, and upholding Sephora standards. Flex scheduling required with availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
