Job Summary
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll be the face of the store, delivering personalized beauty experiences through consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll educate clients on beauty techniques, stay current with trends, and strive to meet sales goals and KPIs while maintaining a welcoming, organized selling space. You’ll promote inclusivity, collaborate with the team, follow Sephora policies, and support a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. Flexible scheduling and the ability to work during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
