Job Summary
Demonstrate ownership in driving store objectives by building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations across multiple beauty brands. Execute promotions and special events to maximize performance while maintaining visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards. Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide a seamless omnichannel experience, ensuring accurate inventory access and timely merchandise replenishment. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, asset protection, and safety guidelines in designated areas. Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning and embrace feedback to refine artistry skills and industry expertise. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to move throughout store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable with and enjoy assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services
- Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses, as required by applicable state and local regulatory boards

- Merchandise and replenish products timely
- Maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards, aligning presentations with vendor and company directives

- Support selling and store operations by assisting with other tasks as assigned
