Job Summary
Develop deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty while consistently delivering extraordinary service. Exceed all sales and service personal, brand, and store goals by acquiring new clients, retaining loyal ones, and sharing expert product knowledge. Maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and managers to drive brand sales through marketing opportunities, event execution, and assortment recommendations. Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price changes; communicate regularly with personal clients regarding events and merchandise requests. Resolve customer service issues, ensure compliance with privacy policies, and attend all educational sessions. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
- Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the customer that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of two or more years experience in a commission-based sales environment
Desired Qualifications
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred
