Job Summary
Beauty Advisor in Hamburg (Part time) responsible for customer satisfaction, stock availability and replenishment, operating the cash register, ensuring product presentation per visual merchandising specifications, inventories, and supporting beauty classes. Focus on achieving KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Items per Basket, and Average Basket while delivering engaging customer service and maintaining an accessible, organized sales floor. Leverage experience in retail and beauty to advise customers and stay abreast of beauty trends.
Required Qualifications
- Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector
- First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers
- Excellent communication skills with customers
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
- Fluent in English or native language of the country
