Job Summary
Welcome, approach, and engage customers with enthusiasm to build sales through product application in makeup, skin care, fragrance, and hair care. Educate clients on brand standards while training retailer staff on product tips and generating in-store events. Maintain excellent in-store relationships, complete necessary tasks on time, and actively participate in meeting daily sales objectives. Work weekends with a flexible schedule to support brand needs, requiring a minimum 30-mile commute and a cell phone. Possess strong selling, coaching, and mentoring skills alongside solid time management abilities. Uphold professional conduct and brand standards while contributing to team success.
Required Qualifications
- Cosmetology license, if required by the state
- 2 years experience in selling, educating and customer engagement
- High school diploma
- Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
- Must have a cell phone
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Must have a flexible schedule to support brands needs
- Must work weekends
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
