Job Summary
Beauty Advisor to meet sales goals in a commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met; maintaining a clean and organized salon; cash handling, opening/closing procedures; and completing daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, proven retail/customer service experience, strong verbal/written communication skills, ability to stand and lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
