Job Summary
Beauty Advisor responsible for meeting sales goals in a commission-driven environment, consulting with customers professionally, educating clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, and completing daily administrative paperwork while tracking goals. Requires standing for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, strong verbal and written communication, retail/customer service experience, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
