Job Summary
Beauty Advisor needed to meet sales goals in a tanning/ skincare environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements; maintaining a clean, organized salon; cash handling and daily administrative paperwork; and tracking goals. Ideal candidate is motivated to achieve sales, thrives in a commission-driven environment, and possesses strong retail/customer service experience. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and have reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
