Job Summary
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering empowering customer engagements that build authentic connections and drive sales targets for KIKO MILANO. Manage store operations by maintaining visual excellence standards, supporting stock replenishment, and ensuring all brand guidelines are followed. Take ownership of key performance indicators including conversion, ATV, and UPT while contributing ideas to improve engagement and sell-through rates. Participate in product launches, digital learning, and training challenges to stay ahead of beauty trends and fashion. This 3-to-6-month FTC role starts ASAP within a global, trend-driven environment that celebrates individuality and offers clear progression opportunities.
