Job Summary
Beauty Advisor at Sephora in University Village, Seattle — deliver personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations; demonstrate product knowledge to educate and empower clients; stay up-to-date with beauty trends and techniques; drive sales goals and KPIs; maintain a welcoming store environment with inventory/merchandising; promote inclusivity and teamwork; adhere to Sephora standards; flexible scheduling including peak nights, weekends, and holidays; requires passion for beauty, strong service mindset, and excellent communication; hourly pay range $21.75–$24.88 with 30–40 hrs/week Full Time, 15–29 hrs/week Part Time, or 4–14 hrs/week Flex as needed per store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
