Job Summary
Beauty Advisor at Sephora in Lahaina, HI. Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations, demonstrate product knowledge to educate and empower clients, stay ahead of trends to keep offerings relevant, and drive sales while maintaining a beautiful, organized store environment. Flexible scheduling options (Full Time 30-40 hrs/wk, Part Time 15-29 hrs/wk, or Flex 4-14 hrs/wk) with evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment showing ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
