Job Summary
Beauty Advisor at Sephora delivering personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations, sharing product expertise to educate and empower clients, staying ahead of trends to keep customers engaged, driving sales to meet KPIs, maintaining a welcoming store environment, promoting inclusivity and teamwork, and upholding Sephora standards while working flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Location is Hollywood, CA with in-person store duties; compensation ranges from $22.60 to $26.00 per hour plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
