Job Summary
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora in Harlem, you will welcome clients with warmth and confidence, deliver personalized beauty experiences through consultations and expert product recommendations, demonstrate product knowledge to educate and empower clients, stay ahead of trends to offer relevant advice, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment. You will promote inclusivity, uphold Sephora standards, and participate in flexible scheduling to support peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
