Job Summary
Welcome, approach, and engage customers with enthusiasm to build sales by linking products, applying makeup and skincare, and educating clients on brand offerings. Train retailer staff on product knowledge, generate in-store events, and communicate store needs to corporate while maintaining Headkount standards. Achieve daily sales goals through exceptional service and actively participate in team meetings and educational trainings. This role requires excellent selling, verbal, and written communication skills, along with coaching and mentoring abilities. You must be willing to commute 30 miles, work weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule to support brand needs.

- Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
- Must have a cell phone
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Must have a flexible schedule to support brands needs
- Must work weekends
- Ability to achieve sales goals on a daily basis
- Ability to maintain excellent in-store relationships
- Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Ability to regularly train retailer staff on brand's product and application tips
