Job Summary
Sales Assistant at Estée Lauder Companies, part-time 80 hours/month, in Illum, Copenhagen, supporting Le Labo counter with customer engagement, product recommendations, and in-store events. Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding product selections, maintaining counter visual merchandising, restocking, cashiering, collaborating with colleagues and manager, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with brand guidelines. Requirements include a high school diploma, retail experience in beauty or fashion (cosmetics/ skincare a plus), willingness to work flexible retail hours, proficiency in Danish/Scandinavian and English, and ability to work independently and in a team.
