Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional products and informing customers of current promotions. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales events while ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and maintain a professional store environment by communicating inventory issues. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values and execute product knowledge training to support customer service needs. We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs. This role is part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, empowering customers to express themselves through hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
