Bear Restaurant - Food Runner

Deliver food and beverage to guest tables according to restaurant specifications while maintaining complete knowledge of the dining room layout, menu items, and presentation standards. Retrieve orders from the kitchen and bar, organize the assigned station, and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival. Acknowledge all guests, anticipate needs, and handle complaints following the four-step procedure to maintain positive relations. Make coffee, monitor cleanliness and sanitation, and document maintenance needs on work orders. Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned while complying with all departmental policies and service procedures.
