Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior while maintaining a clean and organized department. Promote a high level of morale within the department and store using honest and open communication, and maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. Comply with all company policies, programs, and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct, and provide professional examples for other store team members to follow. Help maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.
