Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior while maintaining a clean and organized department. Promote a high level of morale within the department and store using honest and open communication methods. Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide and provide professional examples for other team members to follow. Comply with all company policies, programs, and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct. Help maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.
