Job Summary
Assemble racking frames and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules while maintaining consistent output and quality standards. Operate power tools including torque wrenches, load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet movers, and perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames. Act as a quality and safety champion by ensuring all activities comply with QSHE standards, OSHA regulations, and local legislation, while maintaining a clean work area and reporting equipment issues or defects. Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines
- Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred
