Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and voice to generate meetings with key decision-makers. You will engage in targeted outbound strategies, qualify leads via discovery calls, and maintain records in HubSpot CRM. Ideal candidates will have experience in SaaS or Tech sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with sales tools. This role offers a fast-track career path into Account Executive or Partnerships for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- 1-8 years experience in an SDR/BDR role at a B2B SaaS or Tech company
- Experience selling or prospecting into Product, Enablement, GTM, or Ops teams
- A track record of hitting outreach/meeting targets with high email response rates
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, etc.)
- Flexibility to work during US hours (ET or PT overlap required)
