Job Summary
Plan diverse resort activities, coordinate poolside events, and beach games to enhance the guest experience. Supervise and train recreation staff, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular inspections. Manage equipment maintenance, facility cleanliness, and budget while collaborating with Convention Services for group business events. Tailor programs to guest preferences and collect feedback for continuous improvement. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, holidays, and weekends, with a preference for 2+ years of relevant experience and Lifeguard certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field
- 2+ years in resort recreational program management or related field
