Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu with recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders to relay to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner while anticipating needs and clearing tables to maintain a clean dining area. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery. This seasonal role requires a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, high school diploma, and six months to one year of serving experience. Fluency in English and the ability to stand for long periods are essential. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.
