Beach Rental Attendant

Job Summary
Operate beachfront rental location and assist guests with rentals and payments: set up beach chairs and rental equipment, help guests load/unload kayaks, greet customers, provide park-related information, process payments at the point of sale, restock and maintain displays, participate in opening/closing procedures, keep the space clean and organized, and demonstrate knowledge of rentals and safety information. Requires strong customer service, basic computer proficiency, ability to work varied day/evening/weekend shifts, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Education of High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; two years of retail/rental experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two (2) years retail/rental experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be computer proficient
